Thank you for sharing this journey with me and teaching me a few things. With your guidance I have achieved more awareness and many very useful tools in which I can use daily, to better align myself with outcomes I want in my identity and external world. I especially enjoyed the values assessment, I found this activity enlightening. With what you were able to share with me, I felt as tho I was able to better understand….ME. In identifying my default levels I operate from and the levels I wished to operate. This proved very helpful, in recognizing internal conflicts and patterns that I was working from unconsciously. The awareness that I gained, with your guidance, has helped me in making choices that better align with outcomes I desire. Because of this, I have been able to start shifting in how I think and feel in my work life….. Which has for a long time been a triggering area. I have gone from feeling quite resentful, frustrated, inadequate and lost with where I’ve placed myself for work. To now, consciously CHOOSING to be where I am with work and to choose how and who I want to BE showing up. Not just for here and now but for who I am to become.

Working with you has been a joy. I really appreciate your understanding, care, thoughtfulness and attention in our interactions. In facing new and uncomfortable layers within myself, you helped make it comfortable.
